End User Licence Agreement

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Licence

Receiva grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Receiva accounts receivable workspace for internal business purposes, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service, not to upload unlawful content, and not to use the service to attempt unauthorised access to any system, including QuickBooks Online.

3. Accounting data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, Receiva reads customers, invoices and payments in order to calculate credit exposure, aging and collections activity. Receiva does not write to your QuickBooks company file. You may disconnect at any time from workspace settings, which revokes Receiva's access token immediately.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data in your accounting system, for keeping sign-in credentials secure, and for ensuring the people you invite are authorised to view your receivables.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Receiva reports on financial data but does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and figures shown should be reconciled against your accounting system before being relied upon.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receiva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your workspace data is deleted within 30 days, and any stored QuickBooks tokens are destroyed immediately.

8. Contact

Questions about this agreement can be sent to the workspace owner's registered contact address.
